Sales & Service Manager

Alo Yoga is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales & Service Manager to join our team! As a Sales & Service Manager, you will be the face of Alo Yoga, responsible for providing excellent customer service and helping to drive sales. You will be a customer service and sales expert who can build customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.Qualifications:• Minimum of 3 years of customer service and retail sales experience• Demonstrated ability to effectively interact and communicate with customers• A passion for customer service and a drive to exceed customer expectations• Proven ability to analyze sales data and identify trends• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in an ever-changing environment• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems• Ability to work weekends and flexible hoursWe are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual who will be an integral part of our team and help to ensure that our customers have a great experience with Alo Yoga.
