Job Description

You will lead teams in understanding and translating functional or business strategies into tactical implementation plans within the business unit. Determine and provide for team and individual development based on the needs of the business. Develop and monitor key, actionable measures with your team to link business unit performance to factory and manufacturing-wide objectives or strategy. You will seek mentoring opportunities with teams and individuals for performance improvement, administering rewards, recognition, and consequences when appropriate.
