Manager, Training Curriculum & Data Strategy

You will collaborate with different teams within the organization to design a training curriculum which addresses the needs of the employees to increase data literacy. You will be responsible for managing the online learning management system and collaborate with the talent development team for effective dissemination of training across the organization. You will be responsible for researching and implementing innovative training methods most conducive to user adoption and change management. You will collaborate with other members of the Data Strategy team and Advanced Analytics to design training curriculum focused on understanding of meaning of in-house data sources, analytical methods, end user reporting platform, and programming languages to support business. You will be responsible for identification of the right training partner when needed, training material, and creation of training material as needed.
