Advanced Practice Provider

At Altru Health System, we are looking for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our team. The APP will provide compassionate, evidence-based patient care in a multidisciplinary setting, in accordance with established policies, procedures, protocols and regulations. This position requires a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering the highest quality of care to our patients and will have a passion for making a difference in the community.Qualifications for this position include a Master's degree in Nursing or related field, certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, and current licensure with the North Dakota Board of Nursing. The successful candidate will also have a minimum of two years of experience in an acute care setting and experience working with a team of diverse clinicians. The APP must be capable of working independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

4. Deliver high quality of care to patients.
5. Work independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
6. Maintain current licensure with the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
7. Monitor patient progress and ensure best outcomes for patients.
8. Participate in professional development activities to stay abreast of new trends and technologies in the field.
9. Perform clinical procedures as necessary.
10. Document patient visits and care in accordance with organizational guidelines.
