
Electrophysiologist
Altru Health System is seeking an Electrophysiologist to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a highly skilled physician, who is passionate about providing the highest quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrophysiology and advanced cardiac arrhythmias.The Electrophysiologist will be responsible for providing comprehensive evaluations and treatments of patients with cardiac arrhythmias and other cardiac conditions. The successful candidate should be an expert in the diagnosis and management of cardiac arrhythmias, including pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, and non-pharmacologic treatment of arrhythmia. The Electrophysiologist will be expected to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide patient education.The ideal candidate should have an MD or DO degree, as well as completion of an accredited fellowship in Electrophysiology. Board certification in Cardiology and Electrophysiology is required. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive evaluations and treatments of patients with cardiac arrhythmias and other cardiac conditions.
- Diagnose and manage cardiac arrhythmias, including pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, and non-pharmacologic treatment of arrhythmia.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide patient education.
- Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in electrophysiology and cardiac arrhythmias.
- Participate in research, training, and presentations as required.
