Guest Service Representative

You will be responsible for greeting visitors, providing directions, answering phones, and responding to inquiries.The ideal candidate for this position must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service and organizational skills are essential to success in this role. Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.
