Job Description

Own strategic initiatives that contribute to our global go to market plan. Measure and report on how owned initiatives impact the business. Create a strong partnership with sales, ensuring they are well-equipped with the content, training, knowledge of available resources, and core curriculum necessary to effectively sell Amazon Connect. Develop new sales tools and communication mechanisms to scale field awareness, with the goal of driving pipeline creation and service adoption. Partner with product managers and sales to identify, replicate, and scale successful sales motions for new services. Deliver lighthouse customers, meet adoption and revenue goals, and provide customer feedback to influence roadmap decisions.

Job Qualifications

  • 7+ years contact center software experience (sales, marketing, business development, product management)

  • 5+ years of cloud, technical or digital business development/sales development experience.

  • An understanding of key contact center concepts and technologies

  • Ability to prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team.
