  1. Develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor and partner to international teams, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
  3. Collaborate with global HR team to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices and policies across all international locations.
  4. Conduct regular needs assessments to identify and address potential HR issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  5. Build strong relationships with international team leaders to understand their specific needs and challenges, and provide proactive solutions.
  6. Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related topics.
  7. Stay up-to-date on local labor laws and regulations in all international locations and ensure compliance.
  8. Lead and manage various HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement, talent development, and diversity and inclusion.
  9. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  10. Collaborate with recruitment team to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process for international hires.
  11. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, and escalate issues to appropriate parties when necessary.
  12. Act as a change agent, promoting a positive and inclusive culture throughout the organization.
  13. Continuously seek out opportunities to enhance the employee experience and drive employee engagement.
  14. Keep confidential information secure and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Multinational Company Or Retail Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of International Hr Policies And Practices, Particularly In The Areas Of Recruitment, Compensation, And Employee Relations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Partnering With Business Leaders To Drive Hr Initiatives And Support Organizational Growth.
