Operations Manager

Manage job assignment for operational teams on a day-to-day basis, monitoring workflow or queue adherence, volume, and quality. Collaborate with program managers and other stakeholders in the team to develop the work schedule for the week by balancing capacity across various workflows and/or navigating competing delivery priorities. Work closely with partners in analytics teams and other stakeholders in a variety of roles within Alexa. Liaise with team’s global and specialized program managers to surface risks & propose mitigation strategies for meeting SLAs. Track quality and utilization metrics for directs. Ensure productivity is maximized through supervision, training, analysis, and feedback of performance data on a periodic basis. Provide regular, formal & informal feedback for direct reports. Drive performance management tasks including promotions, development opportunities, and assignment of leadership/growth opportunities.
