Prime Air Network Engineer

The Business Operations, Systems and Support team within Prime Air is responsible for the tools that the organization uses to achieve this goal. We’re a diverse group that combines product managers, software developers, and engineers to deliver across a wide range of technical challenges. Design, build and manage networks across several geographic regions. Monitor and maintain performance & capacity at Amazon’s office installations to ensure maximum efficiency and operational uptime. Provide operational support for multi-vendor data connectivity solutions to support Prime Air’s growth. Work with vendors and cross-functional teams for on-going design efforts and systems support. Participate in Operational Excellency by continuously optimizing and automating networking and operations processes. Manage severity 2 and 3 tickets while attending to on-call rotations during business hours and rostered weekends.
