Recruiting Manager
Onboarding and training of new Amazon SDE sourcing recruiters. Calibrating recruiters on Amazon’s SDE profiles while teaching effective identification and engagement strategies. Ensuring that all new hires are effectively able to navigate and use Amazon’s internal recruiting systems and external sourcing tools. Teaching recruiters Amazon’s candidate workflow processes and helping them understand how to move candidates through the recruiting lifecycle. Sharing best practices that allow recruiters to properly assess external talent against Amazon’s SDE role guidelines. Partnering with internal HR, learning and development, and recruiting teams on recruiter deployment timelines and necessary skills development requirements. Setting new hire performance expectations that lead to the timely onboarding and ramping of SDE recruiters. Conducting weekly check-ins and knowledge reviews to ensure that new hires are meeting necessary benchmarks before being deployed to regional recruiting teams.
6+ years of Recruiting and/or HR experience
Experience recruiting for technical/Software Development Engineering talent
Experience building, coaching and managing a recruiting team
