
Recruiting Program Manager (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion)
Act as a DEI Recruiting subject matter expert by contributing perspective, insights, and knowledge- taking a consultative and systematic approach to enable the organization to achieve measurable results. Ensure the organization is on pace to meet the year-end DEI goals, providing frequent status updates to all stakeholders and adjusting the programmatic roadmap accordingly. Lead and develop a high-performing taskforce of recruiters in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. Inspect sourcing funnels and leverage data to optimize diverse representation at each stage of the recruiting process. Partner, train and upskill peers to from larger talent acquisition teams to help adopt diversity recruiting practices in their daily operations. Use strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends to identify opportunities, interventions, and initiatives for improvement. Develop and execute to plans to identify and drive productivity improvements that enable the team to deliver to hiring goals.
3+ years experience in program or project management
3+ years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
A background in Talent Acquisition or HR a plus
