Supply Chain Manager, Amazon Fresh

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products to customers.
- Oversee all aspects of the end-to-end supply chain for Amazon Fresh, including sourcing, procurement, transportation, and inventory management.
- Lead a team of supply chain professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure operational excellence.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of supply chain plans.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and managing partnerships to ensure the best quality and pricing for products.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management, and continuously strive to improve processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance and communicate progress to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to supply chain operations.
Experience In Supply Chain Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Retail Or E-Commerce Industry.
Knowledge Of Inventory Management: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management Principles, Including Forecasting, Planning, And Optimization, To Ensure Efficient And Timely Delivery Of Products.
Familiarity With Supply Chain Technology: Amazon Has A Highly Automated Supply Chain, And The Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Supply Chain Technology Such As Warehouse Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems, And Data Analytics Tools.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills And Be Able To Use Data And Metrics To Identify Supply Chain Issues And Develop Effective Solutions.
Team Management And Leadership: Amazon Values Strong Leadership Skills, And The Candidate Should Have Experience Managing And Developing Teams To Achieve Supply Chain Goals And Objectives. This Includes The Ability To Communicate Effectively, Delegate Tasks, And Motivate Team Members.
