
Technical Recruiter, Diversity
In this role, you will be responsible for diverse talent attraction strategies against a timeline and will utilize your experience setting benchmarks and metrics. Creating unique multi-channel and market-specific advanced search strategies that attract bar-raising engineering talent. Building talent networks and tapping into knowledgeable industry resources to develop evergreen diverse candidate pipelines. Lead/co-lead experiments to alter our operating processes (if required) to deliver results and better serve our target candidate customers. Developing prospects into candidates and assessing them for role fit, level, and motivations by conducting calibrated phone interviews. Possess the ability to develop and prepare SDE candidates up until the point of on-site interview.
5+ years of corporate and/or search firm tech recruiting experience with a focus on passive engineering candidate generation
Experience in recruiting Diverse Software Development Engineer (SDE) candidates
Experience building and using a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including Internet research a plus
