  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and provide innovative solutions using serverless architecture.
  3. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in serverless computing.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Create and deliver presentations and training materials to educate customers and internal teams on the benefits and capabilities of serverless computing.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry experts.
  8. Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimization and automation in serverless computing.
  9. Participate in conferences, events, and workshops to showcase Amazon's serverless computing capabilities and promote thought leadership.
  10. Collaborate with product teams to provide feedback and insights on customer needs and market trends.

  12. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their knowledge and skills in serverless computing.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Serverless Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Serverless Architectures And Technologies Such As Aws Lambda, Api Gateway, Dynamodb, And S3.

  • Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency In At Least One Programming Language Such As Java, Python, Or Node.js Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Write Clean, Efficient, And Scalable Code For Serverless Applications.

  • Hands-On Experience With Aws Services: In Addition To Serverless Expertise, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Other Aws Services And How They Can Be Integrated With Serverless Architectures To Build Complex And Robust Solutions.

  • Experience With Serverless Deployment And Monitoring Tools: The Candidate Should Be Familiar With Tools Such As Aws Sam, Serverless Framework, And Cloudformation For Deploying And Managing Serverless Applications. They Should Also Have Experience With Monitoring Tools Like Aws Cloudwatch And X-Ray For Troubleshooting And Optimizing Serverless Functions.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills: As A Worldwide Specialist For Serverless Technologies, The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Concepts And Solutions To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders. They Should Also Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Troubleshoot And Debug Issues In Serverless Applications.
