
Compensation Business Partner
Conducts special market studies and leads special projects to ensure the organization is a leader in compensation practices and programs; makes creative and innovative recommendations tailored to specific business needs; provides practical thought leadership throughout the organization to address critical and current business challenges. Assists in the development of internal policies, standards and guidelines for compensation related programs. Conducts data collection and analysis for special compensation projects. Develops compensation communications and presentations including program write-ups, training materials, and other documentation. Analyzes jobs and their relationship to each other to ensure internal equity. Prepares cost analyses and pay grade recommendations.
Passionate about staying abreast of the increasingly competitive and changing compensation landscape and latest trends.
MBA and/or CCP preferred.
6 - 8 years related compensation experience with heavy emphasis on data analysis
