Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing them with expert knowledge and guidance on genomic science and testing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for all their genomic science needs.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and developments in genomic science, and effectively communicate this information to clients.
Collaborate with our scientific team to ensure accurate and timely communication of complex genomic information to clients.
Actively educate clients on the benefits and potential applications of genomic testing, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Identify and pursue opportunities for new client partnerships and collaborations, leveraging your expertise and understanding of the field.
Act as a brand ambassador for Ambry Genetics, promoting our services and values to clients and the wider community.
Continuously evaluate and improve our processes and communication strategies to enhance the client experience.
Contribute to the development of educational materials and resources to support client understanding and utilization of genomic science.
Represent Ambry Genetics at industry events and conferences, networking with potential clients and thought leaders in the field of genomic science.

Job Qualifications

Advanced Degree In Genomic Sciences: A Successful Candidate For This Position Should Possess A Minimum Of A Master's Degree Or Phd In A Relevant Field Such As Genetics, Genomics, Or Molecular Biology.
Strong Understanding Of Genomic Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Next-Generation Sequencing (Ngs) Technologies, Bioinformatics, And Data Analysis Methods.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Genomic Science Liaison, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating Complex Scientific Information To Internal Teams, Clients, And External Stakeholders. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For This Role.
Experience In Scientific Sales Or Customer Relations: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Sales Or Customer Relations Role Within The Scientific Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Effectively Communicate And Build Relationships With Clients.
Knowledge Of Regulatory And Compliance Standards: With The Growing Importance Of Regulatory And Compliance Standards In The Genomics Industry, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of These Standards And Their Implications For Genomic Testing. Experience In Regulatory Affairs Or Quality Assurance Will Be An Added Advantage.
