The Coordinator will be full cycle and need to feel comfortable working quickly and effectively on their own across all the corporate functions of AMC Networks. Ideal candidate is a recent college graduate or someone who is looking to start a career in HR Recruiting. 50-60% of this role is a focus on administrative duties supporting the SVP of People and Culture and Head of Talent Acquisition. Actively use Linkedin and other social sites to identify passive recruits and introduce new and innovative ways to source passive candidates. Review and analyze resumes using our in-house Workday application. Interview potential recruits. Represent the company at industry meet-ups and networking events.
