Coordinator - Talent Relations

AMC Networks seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator focused on recruiting during a very exciting transformation. The Coordinator will be full cycle and need to feel comfortable working quickly and effectively on their own across all the corporate functions of AMC Networks. The ideal person is collaborative across the HR function and doesn’t view their job as only “recruiting”. 50-60% of this role is a focus on administrative duties supporting the Talent Acquisition team and the Head of Talent Acquisition. Actively use Linkedin and other social sites to identify passive recruits and introduce new and innovative ways to source passive candidates. Review and analyze resumes using our in-house Workday application. Interview potential recruits. Represent the company at industry meet-ups and networking events.
