  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for their professional growth.
  9. Create and maintain a positive and supportive work environment for the customer support team.
  10. Act as a liaison between customers and other internal teams, ensuring effective communication and resolution of customer issues.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and address any concerns.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize customer support processes and procedures.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  14. Prepare and present reports on customer support activities and performance to senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Customer Service: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Managerial Position. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Handle Various Customer Issues And Provide Effective Solutions.
