  1. Develop and implement design reliability processes and procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of AMD products.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis and testing of product designs to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality to identify and resolve reliability issues.
  4. Perform root cause analysis and develop solutions for design-related issues.
  5. Utilize statistical analysis and data to drive continuous improvement of product reliability.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and advancements in design reliability to incorporate into AMD's processes.
  7. Communicate and present reliability findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
  8. Lead and participate in design reviews to identify potential reliability risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
  9. Develop and maintain reliability metrics and reports to track and monitor product performance.
  10. Mentor and train junior engineers on design reliability principles and practices.
  11. Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure reliability standards are met throughout the supply chain.
  12. Continuously improve and optimize design reliability processes to ensure efficient and effective execution.
  13. Maintain a proactive mindset to anticipate potential reliability issues and implement preventative measures.
  14. Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in team meetings and providing support to colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Or Computer Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Design Reliability Engineering, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Reliability Testing And Analysis Methodologies, Including Halt, Hass, And Fmea.

  • Strong Understanding Of Semiconductor Design And Manufacturing Processes, Including Dft And Dfm Principles.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Design Issues And Provide Effective Solutions.
