  9. Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  10. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements during the product development process.
  11. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve product development processes and procedures.
  13. Represent the company and its products in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences.
  14. Communicate progress and updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 Years Of Experience In Product Development Engineering In The Semiconductor Industry.

  • Experience In Developing Product Roadmaps And Driving Innovation In A Highly Competitive Market.
