Staff Finance Analyst

Help prepare and track against annual financial plan, as well as periodic financial forecasting activities for each as defined by finance calendar. Understand and identify risks and potential problem areas and propose potential solutions and process improvements to issues or problems. Perform financial analysis and provide decision analysis support for customer programs and special projects. Works with business partners to create financial models to support the decision-making process as necessary. Provide month end financial support as necessary including monthly plan to actual analysis & reporting and develop schedules to help explain variances. Assist in providing valuable management decision support, driving key business goals, identify major trends and corresponding business issues. Utilize strong excel skills to drive efficiencies, improve reporting and automate tasks utilizing complex formulas and functions.
