
Account Executive AseraCare Hospice

In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare professionals and community organizations to educate them on the benefits of hospice care and increase referrals for our services. - Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and community organizations to increase referrals for hospice care services.
- Educate healthcare professionals and community organizations on the benefits of hospice care and the services provided by Amedisys.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve referral goals and increase market share.
- Collaborate with the hospice interdisciplinary team to ensure a high level of patient care and satisfaction.
- Actively participate in networking events, conferences, and other outreach opportunities to promote Amedisys and its services.
- Utilize strong sales and communication skills to effectively communicate the value and benefits of hospice care.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with potential referral sources to promote Amedisys and its services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all business development activities and referral sources.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to management on business development activities, progress, and challenges.
- Represent Amedisys at community events and participate in community outreach initiatives to increase brand awareness and enhance the organization's reputation.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while carrying out job responsibilities.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the organization's mission, vision, and values in all job duties.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Healthcare Providers.
Knowledge Of Hospice Care And The Ability To Educate And Inform Potential Clients About The Benefits And Services Offered By Aseracare Hospice.
