- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners to promote Amedisys hospice services.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of Amedisys hospice to potential referral sources.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the reach of Amedisys hospice services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic plans to increase referrals.
- Conduct presentations and informational sessions to educate potential referral sources about Amedisys hospice services.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and referrals.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth transition and quality care for patients.
- Stay updated on industry changes and regulations related to hospice care.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and potential referral sources.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Amedisys hospice, representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
- Continuously develop and enhance knowledge of hospice industry and services provided by Amedisys.
- Participate in networking events and conferences to promote Amedisys hospice services and build relationships.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to sales and account management.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Sales Or Account Management.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Hospice Care And Services.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Building Strong Client Relationships.
