  1. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations to promote and educate them on the benefits of hospice care.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the reach and impact of our hospice program.
  3. Communicate effectively with potential and current clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for patients and families to our hospice program.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to effectively position our hospice program in the market.
  6. Create and maintain a sales pipeline to track and report on progress and opportunities.
  7. Represent Amedisys in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  8. Utilize proven sales techniques and strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  9. Work closely with the hospice team to ensure high-quality care is delivered to patients and families.
  10. Take responsibility for the growth and success of the hospice program in the assigned territory.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Previous Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Hospice Industry.
