  1. Provide compassionate and dedicated care to patients in their homes, promoting their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
  2. Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
  3. Monitor and report any changes in patients' health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  4. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
  5. Collaborate with the healthcare team, including nurses and therapists, to develop and implement personalized care plans for each patient.
  6. Respect and maintain patients' privacy and dignity at all times.
  7. Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  8. Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
  9. Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the well-being of patients and yourself.
  10. Attend and participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  11. Represent Amedisys in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  14. Continuously strive to improve the quality of care provided to patients.
  15. Foster a positive and supportive work environment for patients and colleagues.
