- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care and progress.

Knowledge Of Palliative Care: A Qualified Liaison For Palliative Care At Amedisys Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Principles And Practices Of Palliative Care, Including Symptom Management, End-Of-Life Care, And Communication With Patients And Families.
Clinical Experience: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Clinical Background In Nursing, Social Work, Or Other Healthcare Field, With At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Palliative Care Or Hospice Settings.
Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Liaison, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Building Relationships With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Providers. The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Medical Information To Non-Medical Individuals Is Also Essential.
