Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Social Work From An Accredited University.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Hospice Or Home Health.

  • Active State Licensure As A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw).

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Medical Terminology, Disease Processes, And Psychosocial Impacts On Patients And Families.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Interdisciplinary Healthcare Teams.
