- Provide quality care to patients by implementing physical therapy techniques and exercises as prescribed by the physical therapist.
- Assist the physical therapist in evaluating and monitoring the progress of patients, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities to improve their mobility and manage their pain.
- Collaborate with the physical therapist and other healthcare team members to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing emotional support and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
- Continuously expand knowledge and skills by attending training and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by working closely with the physical therapist and other team members.
- Comply with all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements to ensure competency in the field of physical therapy.

Associate's Degree In Physical Therapy Assistant Program From An Accredited Institution.
State Licensure Or Certification As A Physical Therapist Assistant.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As A Physical Therapist Assistant.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Physical Therapy Techniques And Modalities.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Patients And Other Healthcare Professionals.
