  1. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to address their specific needs.
  2. Administer therapeutic exercises and techniques in accordance with established protocols and evidence-based practices.
  3. Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare team members to coordinate care and support the patient's goals.
  5. Collaborate with other disciplines, such as occupational therapists and physicians, to develop a holistic approach to patient care.
  6. Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and activities to support their recovery.
  7. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines, as well as company policies and procedures.
  8. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, including progress notes and discharge summaries.
  9. Continuously seek out professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  10. Foster a positive and compassionate environment for patients, promoting their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and the community.
  12. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
  13. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  14. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed to accommodate patients' schedules.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Physical Therapy

  • State Licensure Or Eligibility To Obtain Licensure

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Relevant Setting

  • Advanced Training Or Certification In A Specialized Area Of Physical Therapy (E.g. Orthopedics, Neurology)
