- Oversee and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Develop and implement effective care plans for patients in accordance with company and industry standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and therapists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, including OSHA, HIPAA, and state/federal guidelines.
- Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new team members.
- Conduct regular meetings and trainings to keep team members up-to-date on best practices and company policies.
- Monitor and manage budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of company resources.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, their families, and the healthcare team to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care provided.
- Stay current on developments and advancements in the home health care industry, and make recommendations for incorporating new technologies and techniques into practice.
Valid Rn License: Amedisys Requires All Clinical Manager Home Health Applicants To Hold A Current And Valid Rn License In The State Where The Position Is Located. This Ensures That The Candidate Is Qualified To Provide Clinical Oversight And Supervision To The Home Health Team.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Home Health: The Ideal Candidate For The Rn Clinical Manager Home Health Position At Amedisys Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working In The Home Health Setting. This Experience Helps The Candidate To Understand The Unique Challenges And Responsibilities Of Managing A Home Health Team.
