The Agent Ticket Sales is responsible for Serving customers in a caring, efficient and diplomatic matter and resolving problems in a mutually beneficial manner. Promotes and sells air travel with American airlines, prepares itineraries, compute fares, issues refunds, prepares and issues tickets. Answer inquiries regarding general travel information. Reconcile auditors coupons with cash received, personal checks and credit card vouchers, calculate total revenue received.
Must be able to work alone or with minimal supervision
