4. Monitor and analyze test results to provide actionable recommendations for improving the customer experience.
5. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and communicate results to stakeholders.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital experimentation and data analysis.
7. Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and make data-driven recommendations for website and app enhancements.
8. Work with internal stakeholders to prioritize and implement test ideas.
9. Develop and maintain a roadmap for ongoing experimentation and optimization efforts.
10. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular audits and troubleshooting any issues.
11. Train and mentor team members on digital experimentation and data analysis techniques.
12. Communicate test results and insights to various levels of the organization, including presenting findings to leadership.
13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to implement new tools and technologies for digital experimentation and data analysis.
14. Contribute to the development of our overall digital strategy by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
