Job Description

Assists with recruiting events and initiatives. Ensures communication is provided to candidates for the AA Cadet Academy to provide a consistent and reliable selection process. Coordinates transition of selected cadets into training program. Communicates with business partners and company stakeholders to ensure relevant information is provided to support the success of the AA Cadet Academy. Responsible for supporting the selection process of the American Airlines Cadet Academy and ensuring pilots on this career path are prepared, professionally developed, and engaged for ultimate success in the cockpit.
