
Analyst - Pilot Recruiting and Development
This position will be responsible for supporting the Pilot Recruiting and Development team initiatives through strategic analysis, tracking, reporting and coordinating of internal program components such as candidates, participants and business partners throughout our various programs. Provides daily analytical support to the department with all aspects of Pilot Recruiting & Development, to ensure its operational success. Coordinates program-specific marketing and American Airlines involvement in all programs. Periodically support wholly owned regional carriers with recruiting efforts. Schedule, execute and track quarterly awards programs designed to help support Envoy, PSA and Piedmont.
