  3. Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and other pre-flight procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient travel experience.
  4. Ensure that all flight and passenger information is accurately recorded and communicated to the appropriate departments.

  6. Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of passengers and their belongings.
