  1. Oversee and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent service delivery to our passengers.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer service experience.
  3. Train and onboard new customer service representatives to ensure consistency in service standards.
  4. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  5. Create and maintain customer service policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  6. Act as a liaison between customers and other departments to resolve any issues or concerns.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  8. Motivate and inspire the customer service team to consistently deliver exceptional service.
  9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement.
  10. Handle escalated customer complaints and find solutions to resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer service experience.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with frequent travelers and VIP customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  13. Coordinate with other departments to ensure all customer needs are met and exceeded.
  14. Monitor and maintain customer service metrics and use data to drive improvements and make informed decisions.
  15. Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations related to customer service.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In The Airline Industry.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Guide A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Focus On Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences.

  • Knowledge Of Airline Operations And Industry Regulations, As Well As Experience In Handling High-Volume Customer Interactions.
