- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Motivate and inspire the customer service team to consistently deliver exceptional service.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and find solutions to resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer service experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with frequent travelers and VIP customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Monitor and maintain customer service metrics and use data to drive improvements and make informed decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations related to customer service.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In The Airline Industry.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Guide A Team.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Focus On Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences.
Knowledge Of Airline Operations And Industry Regulations, As Well As Experience In Handling High-Volume Customer Interactions.
