  1. Develop and implement digital strategies to enhance the overall customer journey and satisfaction with our digital platforms.
  2. Lead a team of digital experience specialists to ensure the successful execution of digital initiatives.

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure a seamless and cohesive digital experience for our customers.

  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the development and implementation of new digital solutions.
  7. Manage the budget and resources allocated for digital experience initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  8. Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to digital experience, such as website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
  9. Create and maintain documentation and guidelines for digital experience processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  10. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the digital experience team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Digital Media, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Digital Marketing Or User Experience Design

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Trends And Technologies, Including Seo, Sem, Social Media, And Mobile Marketing

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams

  • Experience In The Airline Industry Or Other Highly Regulated Industries Is Preferred.
