  1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's goals and values.
  2. Act as a strategic partner to leaders across the organization, providing guidance and support on all HR related matters.
  3. Foster a positive work environment by promoting a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect.
  4. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  5. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to HR.
  6. Collaborate with other HR team members to continuously improve and streamline HR processes.
  7. Conduct and oversee employee relations activities, including investigations and conflict resolution.
  8. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
  9. Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
  10. Analyze HR data and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive organizational success.
  11. Partner with leaders to identify and address any talent gaps or development opportunities within their teams.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR initiatives.
  13. Communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, including conducting presentations and trainings.
  14. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all HR matters.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Hr Business Partner Role, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Proven Experience In Managing And Coaching A Team Of Hr Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels.
