Paralegal (Litigation)

Communicate efficiently and effectively with clients, in-house counsel and outside counsel. Draft correspondence and memos. Maintain records in an organized and timely manner. Maintain the docket in a timely and effective manner, keeping the attorneys updated. All discovery requests, working with both the client and outside counsel. Assist in any and all aspects of pending litigation and regulatory matters. Ensure that confidentiality measures are in place and maintained. Facilitate and coordinate the collection of requested records and organizes the records consistent with our standard practice or as directed by the litigation attorneys. Makes initial determination as to reasonableness of any discovery requests; and, effectively and timely communicate with the responsible in-house attorney as to any concerns, ambiguities or issues relating to the requests and the steps to be taken.
