
SAP Success Factors Analyst, IT Applications
Supports, maintains, and administers deployed solutions. Display detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Talent data/functionality to design and implement innovative integrations. Analyze and identify integration impacts to existing/new business processes. Implement and present system/integration functionality to technical and non-technical audiences in a precise and clear manner. Prepare and document requirements, testing, and other related solution artifacts according to enterprise standards Maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite and provide impact analysts for existing integrations. Define/implement workaround processes, corrective action, communication and system cleanup activities Formulate and execute positive and negative unit test plans and assist in developing system regression and performance test plans for enhancements or new releases in the various test and productive environments.
Ability to work well within a team environment, as well as independently
2+ years of SuccessFactors HCM suite experience including Success Factors Admin Tool, Business Execution (BizX)
2+ years of experience defining, analyzing, a documenting user requirements
Airline Industry experience preferred
Experience in Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM
