  1. Conduct customer research and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to customer behavior and preferences.
  2. Utilize a variety of research methods, such as surveys, focus groups, and usability testing, to gather customer feedback and inform business decisions.
  3. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to identify research needs and priorities and develop research plans to address them.
  5. Monitor digital channels, such as website traffic and social media engagement, to understand customer interactions and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyze user behavior on the company's website and digital platforms.
  7. Provide recommendations and strategies based on research findings and data analysis to improve the customer experience and drive business growth.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer research and digital analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
  9. Train and mentor junior analysts on research techniques and data analysis tools.
  10. Communicate research findings and insights effectively to all levels of the organization, including senior management, to drive data-informed decision making.
