  • Develop and implement labor relations strategies and policies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all labor relations matters, including negotiations, grievances, and contract administration
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with labor unions, management, and employees to promote a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Advise senior leadership on labor relations issues and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Lead and participate in collective bargaining negotiations and contract discussions
  • Oversee the resolution of employee grievances and ensure timely and fair resolution
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Analyze labor relations data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make proactive recommendations
  • Develop and deliver training programs for managers and employees on labor relations policies, procedures, and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Labor Relations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience Working In Labor Relations, Preferably In The Aviation Industry. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Labor Laws, Contracts, Negotiations, And Dispute Resolution.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, Labor Relations At American Airlines, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Labor Relations Professionals. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate, Mentor, And Lead By Example.
