
Staff Assistant, Customer Experience
Performs a wide variety of office duties as necessary and provides administrative support for reservations agents. Coordinates training and team meetings. Handles timekeeping for reservations agents. Processes vacation change requests. Processes shift swaps among reservation agents. Manages ordering office supplies, updating manuals. Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports from automated data bases. Completes other administrative tasks as assigned.
Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
Prior work experience is a plus
