Dispatch Operator

The American Automobile Association (AAA) is looking for an experienced and reliable Dispatch Operator to join our team. As our Dispatch Operator, you will provide outstanding customer service and efficient operations support to our members, customers, and employees. Responsibilities:

1. Receive and respond to incoming calls from members and customers in a timely and professional manner
2. Provide accurate information and instructions regarding AAA services and products
3. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently
4. Accurately enter data into the computer system and maintain records
5. Monitor and coordinate dispatch operations
6. Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
7. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude toward members and customers
8. Assist with any other duties as assigned
