Dispatch Operator

The American Automobile Association (AAA) is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Dispatch Operator to join our team. We’re looking for someone who will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching emergency roadside services to our members. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to multitask and stay organized, and a desire to help others. Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from members in need of roadside assistance

• Dispatch emergency roadside services to members in a timely and efficient manner

• Provide exceptional customer service to members

• Maintain detailed records of calls and dispatch services

• Manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

• Monitor emergency roadside assistance requests and ensure they are handled quickly and accurately

• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

• Remain organized and efficient when multitasking

• Update computer systems with accurate information

• Work nights and weekends as needed
