Job Description

As an Event Coordinator for the American Automobile Association (AAA), you will be responsible for creating and executing successful events that broaden our members’ experiences and promote the AAA brand. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent organizational and communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a team environment. If you are passionate about planning and executing events that exceed expectations, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute innovative and successful event plans for AAA members.
  2. Utilize excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate with AAA staff and external vendors to plan and manage events.
  3. Identify and secure venues and vendors for events.
  4. Monitor event budgets and ensure that all expenses are within budget.
  5. Develop and implement promotional plans to ensure maximum visibility for events.
  6. Ensure events adhere to AAA policies and regulations.
  7. Develop relationships with members, partners, and vendors to ensure continued positive relations.
  8. Manage event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and staffing.
  9. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events.
  10. Evaluate the success of events through post-event analysis and reporting.
