Job Description

As an Event Coordinator at the American Automobile Association (AAA), you will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events that promote the organization’s products and services. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized professional who is able to work independently and produce high-quality results. Responsibilities:

  1. Work with team to coordinate events that promote AAA's products and services.
  2. Develop and execute event plans, including logistics, budgets, timelines, and other requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other partners to ensure high-quality event services.
  4. Secure event venues and negotiate contracts with vendors.
  5. Communicate with attendees before, during, and after events.
  6. Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  7. Track and manage event expenses and budget.
  8. Utilize event technology to plan and manage events.
  9. Manage and update event records and databases.
  10. Monitor industry trends and developments to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
