As a Member Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members and responsible for providing quality customer service over the phone, through email, or in person. You will also be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and problems, updating customer information, and responding to customer feedback. The ideal candidate should have:• At least two years of customer service experience• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills• A friendly and professional demeanor• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment• The ability to assess customer needs and provide solutions• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications• A High school diploma or GED equivalent
